Marine Wall & Ceiling Panels: IMO-Certified Systems for Any Vessel
Lightweight, fire-rated, and acoustic wall, ceiling, and partition panels designed for fast installation and lasting durability in any marine environment.

JULY Marine’s Modular Panel Systems: The Foundation of Modern Marine Interiors
At JULY Marine, our marine wall and ceiling panels are the backbone of modern vessel accommodation spaces, forming a key component of our modular ship interior kits. Engineered for rapid and clean installation, our systems offer a smart alternative to traditional construction, allowing shipyards to create safe and comfortable cabins, corridors, and public areas with greater efficiency. Our panels are designed to provide certified B-15 fire protection, excellent acoustic insulation, and a durable, decorative finish, all while minimizing weight through advanced lightweight honeycomb or mineral wool cores to optimize vessel performance.
Key Features:
- B-15 & B-0 Fire Rated
- Excellent Acoustic Insulation
- Lightweight Honeycomb or Mineral Wool Core
- Customizable PVC, HPL, or Steel Finishes
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the typical lead time for your wall panel systems?
Our typical lead time from order confirmation to delivery is between 4-6 weeks, depending on the project scale and customization required. Our strong Asia-based supply chain allows us to offer fast and flexible response times to meet your project schedule.
Can the panels be customized in size and finish?
Absolutely. We can supply panels in custom lengths to match your specific deck-to-ceiling heights, which minimizes on-site cutting and waste. Standard thicknesses vary depending on the core material and required fire/acoustic rating. For the surface, we offer a wide variety of decorative and durable finishes, including PVC, HPL (High-Pressure Laminate), and painted steel, and we can match them to your project’s interior design scheme.
What is the difference between the mineral wool and aluminum honeycomb cores?
The choice of core material depends on your project’s specific priorities. Our mineral wool core panels offer superior fire resistance (typically B-15 rated) and excellent acoustic insulation, making them ideal for standard accommodation areas. Our lightweight aluminum honeycomb panels are significantly lighter and have a very high strength-to-weight ratio, making them the perfect choice for high-speed vessels, catamarans, or any project where weight reduction is a critical goal.
How do the panels join together, and do you supply the necessary profiles and connection systems?
Yes, we supply the complete system. Our panels are designed for a modular installation using either a tongue-and-groove system for a seamless look or various connection profiles (like H-profiles and corner profiles). As part of your material package, we provide all the necessary profiles and technical drawings to ensure a fast, straightforward, and structurally sound installation on-site.
What is the weight per square meter (kg/m²) for your standard panels?
Weight is a critical factor, and we provide a range of options. A standard 50mm mineral wool core panel weighs approximately 18-20 kg/m². In contrast, our lightweight 25mm aluminum honeycomb panel weighs only 6-8 kg/m². We will work with you to select the optimal panel that meets both your fire/acoustic requirements and your vessel’s weight budget.
